In short
One of my clients, a growing, VC backed technology company providing leading Invoice-to-Pay solutions to companies globally, is looking for Implementations Consultants to further grow the German market. The solution is not only an invoice-to-pay solution but a real Accounts payable automation with 3rd generation A.I., Low-code/no-code robots, language-independent scanning and managing global and local tax & legal compliance. They have their clients in many different industries like manufacturing, food, retail, leasing, oil and expanding to other industries fast. They’re among the top 150 scale-up companies ever funded in the Netherlands and have won various awards like the Deloitte Fast 50 Most Disruptive Innovator and nominations for the Fintech50.

Your mission
As a implementation consultant you’re responsible for helping the German and global customers with the design and setup of the software platform and Accounting-Robot in a way that excites them and brings them value. The design of the setup is an important part of the use of the robot in a later stage. This includes discovering motivation for why they have setup the current accounting processes and structures the way they are. The next step is to translate that knowledge to a design of the software platform and setup of the Accounting-Robot. You provide top- notch consultative implementation and roll-out strategies and support and train throughout the process. You will be  coaching the customers to really build proficiency and efficiency in the platform.

Your profile
– You have a Bachelor or Master degree;
– Min 2 years experience
– Experience in working in a Saas environment is a advantage
– Trackrecord of successful software implementations within time and budget
– Conducting an in-depth needs analysis through listening, diagnosing, and recommending roll-out strategies and best business practices
– The excel magician of the excel files that are used in the data migration from customers systems to imports for the Accounting-Robot
– Solid experiece in writing documented implementation files (written and excel files)
– Formulating objectives clearly, concretely and measurably and making clear agreements. Keeping track of progress and reporting and keeping informed about it.
– Excellent skills in solving problems, planning and organisation and communication.
– You have a proactive attitude, are creative, result and self-driven and are customer-oriented;
– You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, Dutch is a plus;
